Hi, I’m Ilene Klang, founder of Biz Tech Ninja. I help coaches and online service providers choose, organize, and implement the right tech systems for their business—without the overwhelm.
With over 35 years of experience in IT, tech support, and network engineering (yep, I go way back to the DOS days!), I’ve built, fixed, and streamlined hundreds of systems. I specialize in turning tangled tech into easy-to-follow strategies you can actually use. Whether it’s setting up Dubsado, building your affiliate systems, planning a virtual summit, or getting your emails into inboxes (not spam folders), I’m here to make sure everything works together seamlessly.
